Lumpiang Shanghai




INGREDIENTS:
  • 10 pieces Baguio Beans
  • 2   pieces Large Carrots
  • 1/2 kilo Ground Pork
  • Lumpia Wrapper
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • Oil (for deep frying)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Onion (diced)
  • Seasonings (if desired)


1.) Mix together the Ground Pork, Carrots,
Baguio Beans, Garlic and Onions. Pour the
Soy Sauce and add the Pepper. Sauté in
medium heat for 5 minutes.

2.) Wrap the meat with veggies using Lumpia
Wrapper.

3.) Heat oil in a cooking pot. Deep fry
spring rolls until golden brown.

4.) Serve with Sweet Chili Sauce or Ketchup.
