Chicken Fillet with Pineapple


Chicken Fillet with Pineapple.

1/4 kilo Chicken Fillet

2 tablespoon Oil

2 clove Garlic, minced

1/2 cup Pineapple Chunks

1/2 cup Water

1 tablespoon Sugar

1 tablespoon Vinegar

1 1/2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 
1/4 cup water

Salt and Pepper



1.) Fry the Garlic in a pan. When it begins to brown,
add the Chicken fillet and cook for a few minutes.

2.) Add Pineapple and water then cook for another
4 minutes.

3.) Add the Sugar, Vinegar and the Cornstarch
mixture. Season with Salt and Pepper.
