Pork Binagoongan


Pork Binagoongan (Binagoongang Baboy)

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1 Onion, minced

1/2 kilo Pork Belly, bite-sized

1/2 cup Bagoong Alamang, pre-washed

1/4 cup Vinegar

1 cup Water



1.) Sauté the Onion and Garlic.

2.) Add the Pork Belly, Bagoong Alamang
and the Vinegar. Simmer for 10 minutes.

3.) Add Water. Simmer again until the dish
is dry and oily. Serve hot.
