Dark Chocolate Cake


Dark Chocolate Cake

1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

1 tablespoon Coffee

100 ml Hot Water

100 ml Evaporated Milk

1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour

1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 cup Butter

1 1/4 cup Sugar

2 Eggs

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract



1.) Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9x2 inch
square pan. Set aside.

2.) Mix Cocoa Powder and Coffee in Hot Water. Add
Evaporated Milk then set aside. Add flour, baking
powder and baking soda. Set aside.

3.) Cream Butter and Sugar together until fluffy.

4.) Add the eggs, one at a time. Pour in vanilla extract.

5.) Add the flour and liquid ingredients into the creamed
mixture.

6.) Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes
or until done.
